Overcome Job and Financial Insecurity by Designing Your Own Career

Given the state of the economy and job security, the New Year’s resolutions made for 2009 will likely involve money.  Whether its budgeting and saving, or finding ways to increase income, people are being forced to take action in protecting their livelihoods.

“Taking control of your finances and sources of income is going to be the best way to survive in these tough economic times,” reports Leslie Truex a work-at-home consultant and author of The Work-At-Home Success Bible (Adams Media 2009). “Most financial gurus have been advocating entrepreneurship as the best route to financial security. As it turns out, it also provides a safety net.”

Truex is hosting the third annual Work-At-Home Success Expo in January 2009 to provide information and resources on earning an extra income from home. Whether someone wants to earn a few extra bucks to help pay for bills or an income that will support the family, the Work-At-Home Success Expo will help make it happen.

“The Work-At-Home Success Expo is a virtual expo hosted completely online in which participants can “visit” exhibits, attend recorded seminars, and pick up free gifts, but they don’t have to drive anywhere, pay for parking or hire babysitters,” says Truex. “It’s a great way to learn about working at home, get ideas, and make a plan to be successful.”

The Work-At-Home Success Expo features audio interviews from several successful work-at-home professionals including Stephanie Chandler author of several books including From Entrepreneur to Infopreneur, Barbara Winter author of Making a Living without a Job, Jenn Cangelosi an eBay store owner and consultant, Angela Wills an online marketing expert and owner of Marketers Mojo, Ric Morgan a business owner and public speaker, and Joan Jesion a life coach and owner of Just Love Your Life Now!

The month long Work-At-Home Success Winter Expo 2009 is FREE to attend.  To learn more about the expo Work-At-Home Success Expo.
