Small Business Should Act “Big”
Seth Godin posted a great bit on his blog on small business whining. And he’s right. While being a small or home based business may have some limitations over the big guys, it should not result in less competent service. Regardless of business size, all businesses should act “big” by not making excuses and by providing the best service possible.
I agree, if anything this is where you should be strongest as you can offer a more personal service, with great customer service.Working from home should not make you be, or act any less professional than someone who works out of an office.
