There are many customer service opportunities in the US and you don't have to figure out what to do with taxes. Also, an EIN is a business number (like social security for businesses), so I don't think that would help in Canada, which would require a social insurance number. I have an ein number but its not good enough, their having trouble with tax laws, what do you know. When I can focus I will try to get thru to my state.
